Emotional Clearing work is focused on changing patterns permanently. Whether it be: moving through and past grief, quieting the voice of the inner critic, discovering / uncovering your true sexuality, developing unshakable confidence, ridding the body and mind of shame, falling in love with life (yourself), learning how to have healthy boundaries / relationships, healing trauma, building better habits, finding forgiveness, or discovering your self worth. The goal is inhabiting yourself fully.
The initial Emotional Healing commitment is typically assembled in containers of four, six, or eight 1hr sessions depending on the topic(s) we decide to tackle together. However, a single session of 2 hours can also be scheduled when desired.

Somatic Breathwork Recharge Release and Restore sessions. Most people find this work takes them more into the body to let go, and inhabit the body in a more alive way. It's important to be aware that Harman’s sessions are a profound kind of transformational psychotherapy, designed to meet and integrate old held patterns, emotions, and if the participant is willing to access deeper feelings then the work can also touch and release trauma. We bypass the mind's control mechanism and build bridges to what's underneath so we can gently bring our full being into wholeness and total acceptance.

Meditation Course
Whether you struggle to sit still, focus, or are interested in changing your daily patterns and behaviors.
I will teach you how to meditate, deepen your mindfulness practice, by guiding you in a uniquely designed meditative practice. That will help you destress, declutter, and bring calm clarity to your daily life.
The initial Mindfulness Practice commitment is typically assembled in containers of four sessions. The first an educational overview of the benefits and various methods of the practice. The following three being devoted to your development of your own personal meditation practice designed specifically for you. However, a single session to deepen your existing practice, of one to two hours can also be scheduled when desired.
