It's important to be aware that Harman’s sessions are a profound kind of transformational psychotherapy, designed to meet and integrate old held patterns, emotions, and if the participant is willing to access deeper feelings then the work can also touch and release trauma. We bypass the mind's control mechanism and build bridges to what's underneath so we can gently bring our full being into wholeness and total acceptance.
