True freedom can be found when we embrace uncertainty and venture into the unknown. By recognizing our own strength and power, we can take control of our lives and pursue our desires.
Freedom requires us to let go of attachments and liberate ourselves from self-limiting beliefs. Often, we find ourselves imprisoned by our own thoughts and fears, convinced that it's safer to stay where we are. But we have the power to break free from these limitations and live life on our own terms.
In the workshop we are exploring these principles within the body:
